Tinder girls are actually a lot more responsive than before

I've used tinder 2 years ago @19, I did meet a girl (white blonde slightly overweight type) who I dated for a bit but never had sex with cuz I had porn induced ED and overwhelming anxiety. Most other girls I matched with were unresponsive, few dates here and there but didn't get nowhere. Now it seems different, even decently attractive white girls are matching with me and responding seriously. What changed? Instead of using my ethnic name (which doesn't suit me due to looking full blown redneck), I changed it to the white English version of the name. This might account for the different responses, as well as being leaner and more muscular.
