Just take fin 5mg and cut it in four like anyone else. Will cost you something like 3 dollars a month. Sides don't depend on dosage.

Even better is using topical Finasterid... proscar (5mg Finasterid) , crushing 12 of them and dissolve it in minoxidil. It is proven that this method reduces scalpdht to an far greater extend then oral dht and it doesn’t lower serum dht and at the same time with less/none sideeffects
