I'm 14 and thinking of starting bonesmashing. Does anyone have any method that they use or can recommend? Also, does anyone have any recommendations on what type of tool I could use?

Bone smashing does not work, it will only cause bruising, swelling, and potnetial nerve damage.

Use fists for bs and put Vaseline over the area before you start as this will stop irritation and damage to the skin, depending on the area you bs you should use a certain amount of force and use different knuckles for example for your Zygos I use my biggest knuckle on my middle finger and hit for around 5+ mins, you want to make sure you are using a consistent force that is sore but bearable as the area will go numb after around 1 minute you also want to make sure you are putting pressure against the back of your head such as your hand on the back of your head during a session, the results will take time so be consistent.

Why do you think bs doesn’t work?
Your soft tissue (fat, skin layers, etc) will absorb most of the force delivered by a smashing object.

Even if your bone receives enough damage to cause a healing response, the growth will likely be minimal and assymetrical

no bs before 18

Repeated hard impacts compresses these thin layers completely therefore the tissue around the bone and the bone itself will become damaged initiating a healing process, the growth is minimal to an extent which is why it takes time to see results and the tissue becoming asymmetrical is very rare and not noticeable whatsoever after all everyone’s face is asymmetrical to an extent.
