tips for coloring/redspots for my nose

i dont know if its very obvious by the photos but my nose has some small red spots and the coloring isnt all the same , if my nose was clear my skin would be near perfect since its the only spot in my face with this problem. im in puberty so maybe its a hormone thing any help is appreciated

try double cleansing your it will remove sebums and will probably get rid of the redness
