Tips for debloating face by a lot.

My face is chubby and puffy, I need tips on how to debloat it.

cardio, dont eat to much sodium, honorable mention (cardio) just get as lean as possible bro it depends on the person some persons get a fucking chad face idf they are lean and some people are still chubby its mostly genetics how the fat is distributed in your face for example i have popping zygos and im lean but i wont get hollow cheeks because my buccal muscles and buccal fat is to big so i would need buccal surgery or aqualyx but it doesnt really matter

Does potassium intake + drinking water help with face debloating?
Yes. Drinking around 2L water daily is a good idea, as well as maintaining a 4:1 or 5:1 potassium-to-sodium ratio (that is, per 1g of sodium consume 4g of potassium in a day) to maintain good internal health while also not holding onto as much water retention.

yes i would drink water not to much though you would piss out your eloctrolytes and potassium matters you just need to have a good ratio between potassium and sodium so you dont bloat me personally i cut out almost all sodium the only time i eat sodium is when i eat moms food and thats enough just eat a calorie deficit and do some cardio you will find out for yourself how lean your face can get if it doesnt really change something i would put on more weight agaim because being to lean fucks up your hormones

Lose weight. If you're not dick skin shredded you're not lean. After you're actually lean then obviously do the basics such as getting alot of cardio in, icing your face in the morning, getting alot of sleep and drinking alot of water (water). Also take eplerenone 50mg daily, it's a diuretic safe for daily use, just be sure to drink ALOT of water.
