Tips for hiding feelings?

I recently caught feelings for a Mtb, however, I've always been bad at hiding how I feel. Her cousin caught on and basically told me I'm a sub-5 with no chance. Obviously, I already knew this but it hurts harder because it's real. Now i'm really angry at mtb for being a hypergamous foid and I'm TERRIBLE at hiding it. How do I get better at hiding my feelings? I only ever wanted to be her friend as i'm planning on becoming a celibate priest in the future to holymaxx, but I want to avoid giving foids the wrong impression in the future.
