I've only got one image to go from but I think the bookish look isn't for you, you have pretty boy appeal which you should lean into. If you can then you should get lenses, but I think you have shortsightedness judging from the refraction, so maybe it's not practical in your case. My friend is shortsighted and says that he can't have lenses because it's so impractical to but them back in and out constantly just to read.

It might actually be better with glasses because with short sightedness they make your eyes look smaller, I think your eyes have the perfect size in the image so it could actually be good for you. But if that's the case then you should get some more stylish frames, the ones you have are a little fruity ngl. Also, they cover your eyebrows which nerfs your eye area a bit. You have great eyebrows so you gotta show them.

Other than that the flaws you have seem to be NCT and a small upper lip. The NCT is hard to fix but the upper lip is possible with preferably a lip lift. I attached a shitty edit to get my idea across, please don't use it as an actual plan or anything. But you don't need surgery in my opinion, you're already like mhtn and with just growing up you'll probably be cl honestly.

Idk your ratios are quite good. I didn't check at first when writing to you but I took some measurements now.

In order of importance:
Midface ratio = 1.00 (ideal)
FWHR = 1.79 (slightly outside of ideal range 1.80 - 1.90, wide range but best depends on phenotype)
Facial thirds are quite balanced, it seems like the forehead is just slightly too high but not so bad.
NCT (flaw)
Bigonial width = 97% of bizygomatic width (ideal)

These are just some of the most important, there's a lot more measurements you can take if you're so inclined.

My face looks masculine and feminine at the same time so I feel like girls don’t find it that pretty. I look less masculine compared to the other guys who actually get play so idk.

Having a balance of masculine and feminine traits is quite good for the female gaze. It might make you more confident to feel like you look manly, but girls don't seem to think that's attractive on its own, but low inhib alpha behaviour drives female sexuality so it's important in that way, that is not to say you need to look masculine to act alpha.
