What can I do to TRULY maximise my height potential at 14? I feel so short and don’t feel true dominance over others. Im 5”8-5”9 not exactly sure. I been tryna have as many dairy products as possible, maximum sleep (although it often is below 8 hours), and I play basketball often. I sprint inconsistently - heard that it temporarily increases GH levels by 450% but I’m not sure if it is cope or not. If someone can elaborate on how it isn’t cope I will start to be more consistent.
