Need to take arround 300g of protein for arround 4k cals, give me tips or foods i could take

Egg whites if you want to squeeze in more protein for less calories or scrambled eggs if you need to reach more calories(looks like ur bulking) protein powder is good aswell but js a warning it lowk made me bloated asf
