You gotta add more reps like instead of 8reps you do 12 reps, and also do the movement slower and squeeze every muscles fibers.

resistance bands are hard to overload with because too many variables impact the movement.

you mean after certain point like really heavy when the muscles and joints starting to become unstable while doing the movements?
