Tips for under eyes and eyebrow care & grooming? (just under 16)

Need actual no bs tips to ascend, heres 2 pics in different lightings

Undereyes:

• Use an undereye brightening cream AM and PM
• Use vaseline to draw moisture to the undereyes
• Use voulifiline if you have thin undereye fat pads
• Possibly use concealer to, well, conceal, undereye lines
• Get infraorbital rim implants if all else fails

Brows & Lashes:

• Use an eyelash curler on days you are going out some place
• Use one of the following: The Ordinary Eyelash and Brow Serum (really good), Topical Minoxidil (really good), Latisse (most effective), Castor Oil (pretty good), Peppermint Oil (pretty good) for better lashes and brows
• Use an eyebrow pen to fraud thicker eyebrows
• Get your eyebrows done professionally every once and a while so they have better shaping and appear more positively tilted
• Possibly dye your eyebrows with eyebrow dye (or beard dye)
