Tips for volunteermaxxing to meet foids and build a social circle

I looked at all the IGs/FBs of my local animal shelters and there’s not a single JB in sight. Not even women below 25 tbh. Mostly 30-45yo LTBs and Sub5s.

Where should I volunteer to meet hot college girls? Red Cross? Or Should I try to larp as uni student and do one of the volunteering events on campus

Or should I just waiter max at a trendy upscale restaurant with hot foid staff on the weekends?

It doesn't matter because everyone is too extroverted and drunk to care about if you're in their social circle or not

I meant drunk at parties. Go volunteer at college events and make friends with people in frats so that you will get invited to their parties and from there you can meet foids
