EVERYTHING except isotretinoin, quite retarded to be frank. Isotretinoin, tretinoin and sunscreen are non negotiables in a skincare routine, they will do most if not all of the heavy lifting.

How would i get accutane if they already prescribed me the skin care stuff?

How could i get accutane?
Prescribed from your local dermatologist (expensive), or bought from grey market vendors (very cheap). If you're paying for it I'd recommend grey market, if your parents or someone else if paying for it, just go to a dermatologist. Also rep me, press like under my posts grey boy. :feelstastyman:

Accutane is heavily studied and the only side effect you’ll really see is drying skin, which is very manageable if you moisturize and carry lip balm/aquaphor. I had the same acne type as I can see in your pics. I tried EVERY product that you listed and TONS more. For me, the only thing that worked and like magic was accutane. I HEAVILY recommend it.

Aslo, what about the hair thinning??
Extremely rare and temporary, didn't happen to me and won't happen to you, also not a problem if you're already on minoxidil and a dht blocker (which you should be on, even if you're not receding).

Exactly the same experience here, isotretinoin is a lifesaver.

So i should just walk into the dermatologist and ask for it even though they already prescribed me stuff?

Pretty much, seems like a retarded dermatologist if he didn't prescribe it right off the bat, made you get a bunch of useless creams lol. If he says no, insist, if he stays firm just go to a different one. At the end of the day grey market is always available so don't stress too much about getting it legit.

well i think the reason he didn't prescribe it right off the bat was because its only in the forehead area and i don't think he thought it was too bad.

Fucking retard, find a different one or just buy grey market, recently bought a year's worth, if you need a source just ask.
