Do it very slowly with slight deficits. Try to workout just as much as normal. Will be harder.

i can see that. But my legs are always hurting when i go to sleep so i grow now very fast.

not possible if ur fat just go in a deficit until ur like 12 % then from there leanbulk to regain muscle
 
cut slowly with adequate protein (0.8g/lb of body weight), keep working out while cutting
 
Bro what are u doing to grow
slight calorie suprus-maintenance, gym 2x per week and wrestling 3x per week (which includes spurts).
But i have skipped my wrestling training pretty many times now as i have many exams soon.
