Tips on dyeing eyebrows?

I'm going to dye my eyebrows but I'm not sure if there's a specific brand to get. And should I go a shade lighter or darker than my hair color? (I have dark brown for ref) I've also seen advice to not do any physical activity as to not sweat and ruin the coloring of the dye. Any advice appreciated

go 1-2 tones darker than your hair, try not to get any on your eyelid, it'll irritate it

Is putting aquaphor/vaseline on the surrounding skin worth it too for irritation?
