tips on how to grow body

5’8 104 lbs at early 17’s it’s mainly genetics tbh, got growth problems as a kid but bone age is 16, wide open growth plates. i eat normally but bc im still growing i still got skinny teen body and I want to get bigger especially in frame and overall muscle and strength, i got creatine and that’s about it. can’t get peptides in any way so that’s out. any tips or routines i could use in the gym to grow / nutrition?
 
lowkey got the primal hunter build ur good g if ur body is getting the calories it needs to function pair it with natural foods as well such as dairy and meats and fruits no veggies tho creatine is for muscle fullness but ur gonna have to drink alottttt of water 8 liters a day just focus on ur face and ur nutrition so ur metabolism doesnt fuck you up

gonna drink more water and you’re right i need more protein daily milk etc. and carbs too. tysm for this btw
