hit the gym , hop on a diet and sleep more as a first

I’m an athlete on the junior world tennis tour im at 15% bf at 80kg
 
oh i just realized ur 16. bro honestly that face bloat of teenager years goes away into late teens/early twenties

brother you literaly said to him that he doesnt have to do anything since it will go away on its own naturally as he ages thats not the fucking case most of the time he should do something about it or people are going to make fun of him at the beach

??? thats not even what i said lol

its most likely a mixture between diet, sodium intake, and his age bro. you do just lose some of that facial babyfat as you age, especially if you run androgensl. androgen exposure made my face like permanently leaner

at the end of the day though bodyfat and water retention can always be taken care of easily.

(btw OP is jacked and shredded, nobody is gonna be making fun of him at the beach.... lol)
