Tips to fix Hair not growing?

It’s been months and I feel like my hair hasn’t grown observably at all and it’s pretty damaged. What methods would you guys suggest to replenish my Hair cells?

Raw egg as shampoo/hair mask, olive oil soap right after. 2.5mg oral minoxidil and 0.5mg dutasteride, this is what I do for my hair and the quality is pretty good.

Topical can be sourced from anywhere, oral not so much since it's a prescription drug.

true, but if ur just looking for scalp hair topical will be fine, right? and i'm pretty sure if u talk to amazons ai pharmacist they can percribe you with oral minox, it does that for tret at least (i'm js assuming on that tho).

Topical is only good for norwood and eyebrows, if you have to apply topical minoxidil on your vortex as a NW4 it's beyond over for you. Maybe you could get it prescribed from Amazon ,but prescription drugs from "official" sources are overpriced to death which is why I just buy grey market.
