Im 14 I'm overweight I dont have a good diet im always on the game or watching tt I need to change please give tips and advice
 
lose weight in general or lose fat?
 
Hit the gym or take up a hobby that involves you to move around more

Also change your diet you can’t out train a bad diet

The best you could do is start playing a sport and eating ton of healthy high protein foods while you train, getting 8 hours of sleep too is a must, thats quite literally how you can maximize your puberty
 
Just start eating eggs & meat and you will lose weight quickly cuz ure not eating retarded shit like carbs

Eat in a 200-400 calorie deficit at max (meaning subtracting 200-400 calories from your maintenance calories and eating that amount, you can calculate your maintenance calories on tdeecalculator.net, you can track your calories on myfitnesspal app, dont be a dumbass and starvemax cuz that can stunt ur growth and you will regret it later on.) and prioritize whole foods only, i recommend starting on red meat, eggs, dairy (ideally raw), fruits and SOME vegetables. and for cardio my personal fav and the most optimal would be 10,000 steps a day, and you should also hit the gym, run a PPL split. and ofc sleep 8+ hours a day.
