short anwser: eat less move more
long anwser: change your relationship with food, pointless to starve if you're still a fatty at heart that will binge on 4000cals after quitting the diet, and depending on your genetics, 10% might be too low to really be sustainable year round, structure your diet to have enough carbs, fats, protein and vitamins to not crash your hormones and do some kind of physical activity that builds muscle
