i mean obviously hitting the gym and getting ur natural T up like bro hit the gym fix ur sleep fix the basics, eat 10 eggs a day or some shit, dont goon and just if your still a puffy little goy boy after 1-2 yrs of hard training just start pinning 100-200mg of test a week bro and consider hgh, it wont kill you bro itll ascend you just dont blast it like a idiot
