Tirzepatide to cure Anti-Psychotic weight gain?

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia 4 years ago at 16 and was put on various Anti-psychotics which caused me to get up to 439lbs at 6’10”. Currently at 398, and was wondering if anyone here has used Tirzepatide to cure weight related side effects of psychiatric drugs? Since the weight gain, I’ve grown a lot of facial bone mass, and was wondering if I had potential under the fat as well?

Any input?
Should I ignore bettering myself, come off my meds, and just delusionmaxx?

We can’t know what you will look like if you get truly lean but i will say your skull looks retarded. That side profile looks like a fucking morph.

Either way, you need to lose like 150 pounds brother for the sake of your health and seeing what you actually look like. Start using GLP1 asap, Reta is best but tirz and sema work fine too.

I dont know how you are consistently doing 1500 calories OMAD, that is insane if true. I’m 5’9 185 (half your fucking size) and even blasting Reta i still get hungry on 1700 calories a day. Get that tirz asap, it will help a lot

Surprisingly, I only ever get hugely hungry in the evening. SH to curb appetite mid day, big evening meal. Works a charm.
