Malnutrition wasn't as big of an issue as you are making it seem. Through most of medieval Europe farmers had to work less than people work today with only about 180 days, and they were at the bottom of society. There was deficiencies yeah but that's another thing.
Why was the average age so low then and why did social uprisings due to malnutrition accour all over Europe.
