I have tmj on the left side of my jaw and for some reason no matter how much I try to train it my left masseter never grows but my right masseter keeps getting bigger even though I haven’t chewed on it in months. Just wondering what could cause this

from personal experience i was clenching the shit out of my jaw in my sleep so got a mouth guard to wear to bed and its slowly getting better
