To cope with being an anxious subhuman I would enter people's back gardens to ground myself & try to force myself to feel like life is less serious

It would make me feel low inhib af and like I could do anything because I was going somewhere I shouldn't be. It made me feel like life was a videogame, as if it wasn't so devastating & serious, and Earth was just a map to be explored and if you could go there then it's ok to be there.
