to debloat and build a muscular physique , i need to cut the sat as well as other macros like carbs , fats too???
i am 16yo and bw 54kg ,, i consume 1700-1800 cal , 220-250 carbs , 60gm fat , 120-130gm protein ,, my potassium intake is 5k and sodium 700-800mg
as i cut salt and being asian we consume roti (whole wheat flatbread,) with sabji (cooked dish made of vegetables) ,, and the salt in them is high .. as 16yo how much macros i should consume ?? please tell including sodium and pottasium as well
even i do play football ad gym every single day
