I think some surgeries aren't that hard to get away with like mild genio, mild fillers, mild oculoplastic work. The ones that people will notice are ones that remove very obvious and visible features (like a big dorsal hump, so rhino like you said) or that completely change your face (Bimax)

But TBH if you work a white collar job and people notice you getting PS as a man some will judge you and talk shit about you but you just have to not care about it.

I remember when I was a kid, pre puberty, I saw something about software that could predict what you'd look like as an adult, and I remember thinking that if I looked ugly I would do something, I don't think it was kill myself but something, like be deeply unhappy. I remember getting team soccer pictures back and hating the way I looked compared to other kids. I remember wondering why hats didn't make me look cool the way other kids looked cool in hats. I guess I was just super sensitive to my own looks, but I don't think I accepted that I was actually ugly until high school. I opted to not get my wisdom teeth out because I thought it would shrink my jaw. I also did jutting exercises and jaw clenching exercises in an attempt to transform my jaw when I was in high school.
