To starve or not to starve?

Im 14 and im currently in puberty so i know that starving stunts height, but i need low bf asap and i dont just wanna be doing 300 cal deficits daily just 2 b losing a kilo every 3 weeks
 
Reta, healthy diet and weight lifting, incorporate some sport/cardio and a high step count and dont cut for an extended period of time, try and shred the fat ASAP and get back on a healthy maintenance, maintain your muscle and growth with high protein and use carbs for energy timed around your workouts, doing a 300 caloric deficit for a long time is absolutely annoying as shit :feelswhy:

Dont starve yourself thats the stupidest thing you can possibly do. Not only will it decrease height and nutrients and cause your skin to worsen but you would also be incredibly retarded to do it

also dont starve trust me ive been there it only back fires, also cutting stunting height is cope so dont really worry about it (unless you are an actual retard that starves)

He is 14, he will lose the weight in no time without reta.

sure i lost a ton of weight being around his age but the only thing that really helped me reach those good digits (sub 15) are GLP3s, i had a ton of issues with binging and stuff :feelswhy:

if you starve at 14 for longer than like 6 months ur not making it past 5'8

Maybe. But someday you're going to ideally want to get off it. If he ever wants to gain muscle for example.
