fais 80 kilos quand j'avais 20 ans ( a l'époque ou je pensais atteindre un physique de jeff seid natty...) en faisant une dirty bulk et le résultat était horrible niveau gueule , super bloated. par contre j'avais de gros bras ( j'étais un gros lard) .
mais là le résultat tinder est juste affligeant, pourtant mes photos sont décentes au niveau du style je parle ( genre jouant de la guitare truc comme ça) .
