If I think about my younger self of 10 years ago, he would have killed to have my current gaming pc.

He would have played every triple A game with ultra-high graphic settings.

Instead here I am, I haven't been mentally able to play any videogame in the last 5 years I think.

The other day a friend invited me to play online with him, I did it unwillingly. It was a struggle for me to play. I had to quit after a few minutes.

And let's not talk about movies either, I was a big movie and series fan. Now, I can't start watching anything that doesn't end in 5 minutes.

I'm burned, my dopamine receptors are saturated to the core of their buttholes.

Technically speaking, I'm one step behind a crack-addict.

Videogames and movies used to give me huge dopamine rushes, but now they're not enough and not quick enough.

Before discovering and join this forum, I used to spend literally fucking hours reading comments in the comment section of YouTube. How pathetic is that?

it's a prescription pharmaceutical drug used as an anti-depressant/anxiety and to help people quit smoking. Not some cope supplement.

and yes it makes a huge difference. My mind was constantly going to a really dark place without it.

any dependence/side effects?

any dependence/side effects?
Anxiety at first but then after 2-3 weeks I got reduced anxiety. Some ppl get a reduced appetite but I haven't noticed any change there. Never heard of anyone getting dependant on it although if you've been on it a while then suddenly stop you'll be depressed for a few weeks until your brain readjusts.

So you went from absolutely terrible to like euphoric in comparison? Do you think it's just fake mood uplift or that's how normal people actually feel like every day?

I'm still depressed. I'm just am not having constant panic attacks and suicidal thoughts like I was without it.

I don't know what you mean by fake mood uplift... It feels real to me.

I know man, I tried, but what then? I can't do it every single time. I need to live life without having to deprive myself every single pleasure for entire days. I'm gonna start resenting myself after awhile I keep doing that.
