Today, I look the absolute best than I have ever been but I still feel ugly. What do I do?

Since the age of 14 I’ve been trying to fix my life and health, going on a diet and weightlifting. I dropped 35kg in those two years, going from 145kg to 110kg. Friends and family say that I have changed drastically, also saying I don’t need to lose any more weight. But looking at myself in the mirror I feel like I haven’t changed at all, I’m still fat and ugly. I want to look better but I don’t know what other way how to, what do I do.
