I’m a fat slob who needs to lose weight, but the fasting month is starting in three weeks and my eating habits will have to change (will eat twice in a day, currently eat once a day).Why?
How did you like it? Did you drink at least? I drink whatever I want, but I try to avoid high-calorie drinks. I mainly drink chai and Coke Zero.I've done a 3 day fast before

Hey, you can try eating meat or other high protein+no carb products. It would be much easier to last longer. That would be full on Keto at this point. When you do, supplement Potassium, Sodium(salt) and Magnesium and drink lots of water to not feel like shit.I will have to do this after the fasting month. So towards the end of March. Yeah, it’s not good, but it gives me results the quickest! For now I need quick results, it’s a temporary thing for me. Because I’ll be eating more within three weeks due to the fasting month.Bhai don’t do that, fasting is unhealthy, just eat more protein and start lifting prioritizing weight and technique over reps
