The weight loss is faster because your body uses your own muscles for it's energy and protein needs, because there's none coming in from without.
Yeah I’m aware but it’s a lot slower compared to what I’m doing right now. I need some quick weight loss because within three weeks I’ll eat more than usual for a month.

Gonna do the christian fast this year too.

Ahh, that’s waterfasting. I do what I call drinkfasting. Drinking whatever I want. I have at least one cup of chai a day. Without sugar, of course, but even if it had sugar in it, I’d still drink it.

Nope, just trying to lose weight in the quickest way possible within the next three months since the fasting month is starting then, which will alter my eating habits for the worse (read: increased frequency of intake).

No, I’m doing it for quick weight loss because the fasting month is coming up, and it will make me eat more than usual. I want to create a head start for myself. Otherwise I’ll just gain even though I started working out three weeks ago and then I’ll be demotivated to see I weigh more than when I started two months before, you know?

Don't feel hungry at all. Despite smoking some weed too
Ayyy. Yeah I started doing this on the day I woke up too late. Exact same time here. I don’t really feel hungry either.

Normally i wouldnt recommend going all in on your gym arc if ur new since you can get burnouts and find it boring but youve done it multiple times before so it will go very well:Love:

ive tried fasting, and sure i lost pounds but my body didnt look as different as it did when i started eating less and healthier. if ur going for a number on a scale go for it but i like actually seeing my results

I’m a fat slob who needs to lose weight, but the fasting month is starting in three weeks and my eating habits will have to change (will eat twice in a day, currently eat once a day).

I’ll obviously gain weight from that, so I want a head start so that even when I change my eating habits that I will at least be weighing less than when I started.

Thank you bhaijaan! Yeah I plan on either eating something tomorrow or on Sunday. Just soup though, no solid stuff. Not until Ramadan, hopefully. It starts on 18 February, I think. So that’s almost!

I’m actually seeing results from doing this! Yeah, I haven’t been able to lose that fat below my belly button even at my skinniest at some point, which was 52 kg. I gave up after that. This was back in 2019. I guess some fat you can only get rid of by exercising, or maybe even exercising wouldn’t do the trick for me. We’ll see.

I’m actually seeing results from doing this! Yeah, I haven’t been able to lose that fat below my belly button even at my skinniest at some point, which was 52 kg. I gave up after that. This was back in 2019. I guess some fat you can only get rid of by exercising, or maybe even exercising wouldn’t do the trick for me. We’ll see.

Yup! If it wasn’t for Ramadan coming up, I wouldn’t be doing this. But I know that if I don’t do this, the weight loss will be slow. And I will gain weight, seven weeks later, which is going to demotivate me, and maybe even make me stop dieting altogether, because at that point, I’d be weighing more than I did before going on a diet, which at that point would be 11 weeks / almost three months before. So I have to do it so I can stay motivated or else I’ll just quit.

Just avoid carbs as much as possible, carbs make you fat and don‘t eat more than 500 calories per day so your body stays hungry and has to eat it’s own fat to survive, also a little bit of exercise speeds up the process even more

Yup, I’m going to avoid it for the next two and a half weeks or so because of Ramadan coming up. I intend on continuing with gymcelling during Ramadan.
