Got some groceries so my tummy was rumbling

Banana in the morning

Some caffeinated water

Workout (i forgot to bring my 2nd banana jfl)

2 smashes burger patties
With some cheese on top

Then had chicken and rice (the best ive ever tasted omg this recipe)

Then some yoghurt and i called it a day ill be trying my new diet plan for the next few weeks now that everything is in my house and i bought some eggs just now
