Tom Cruise didn't hardmaxx his jaw area.
I used to think he had implants but its false. I started seeing more and more people larping about his Bimax or Implants, and it started to annoy me. That's why I made this thread.

All Tom Cruise did for his jaw area was masseter hypertrophy and losing baby fat.
Also, Tom Cruise always kept his teeth unclenched and his mouth open, which made it seem like his jaw was really bad.

Pay attention to the first photo. It's literally the same day. But people on TikTok would say it's a B&A of surgery, lol.
I mean who could have given him these implants that look literally perfect in 1983-1986 when even now, in 2025, people get uncanny implants?
His jaw really improved as a result of masseter muscle hypertrophy and fucking clenched teeth, but even before that, it was very decent.

Also, there isn't a specific year or moment when his jaw changed drastically. His jaw transformation happened gradually. That proves that it wasn't surgery.

Its cherry picking. His mouth is open everywhere (even where his lips are closed) which changes the gonial angle. He also has a baby fat that makes his jaws even more invisible.

I think 2nd pic is edited, and his Hollywood crew put these pics out there to keep people second guessing, given they can’t remove the pics of him pre-ascension

Notice how his undereye is very smooth in the after too, which you can say is lighting.. but:

Think about it, this guy is open to surgeries given he had his teeth whitened + maybe veneers + definitely orthodontics

If you look at this image:

He’s got those naso folds + lost periorbital fat

But below:

In the after, they look replenished
You can’t change the undereye fat pads, and his tear troughs without it. If he aged and lost fat it would decrease in volume too
So it’s very likely he had fat grafts

He also is open to fillers, look at the bloated appearance in 2021:

And he also only had his glow up after he was already in the industry where his agency maybe hooked him up seeing his potential
It all makes sense if he’s had other surgeries, that it’s likely he had jaw implants too
