Ive had enough of looking ugly. I wanna be beautiful. I will start tommorow and was wondering if anyone would give advice. I am currently 166cm 64kg and 14.
I will start a routine where i will walk one hour a day ( minimum ) to give some easy excercise. I will also go to the gym 2-3times a week. I will also try and socialmaxx ( if its still possible). I think u socializing is also a very big step to ascending. I never used to socialize and ended up on this forum. I eat lots of sugar which i will fully cut off currently. For some easy stuff thats not gonna do much probably i take Vitamine D3+k2 with magnesium bisglycinate with omega3. I will get 8 hour+ sleep every day regardless if its vacation. I wanna look better. Anyone have more advice?

I think eating healthy is the most important out of all of this. Without eating healthy just dont bother. I would recommend eating single ingredient foods to start like meat etc then explore things like organs like liver

My mom makes foods and its 80 procent veggies and 20 procent meat. Ill ask my grandma tho she makes good ass liver for me all the time and chicken heart

Just make the food yourself or just tell them your going on a “health kick”

simply eating healthy and doing those things will do you good since you're still young but you wont achieve the results i think you may want.

start with that to built consistency and develop yourself more once that becomes a habit

dont neccesarily have to cut out all sugar, ofc binge eating milka chocolate is ass

If your talking bout supps take creatine and 3-6 capsules of fish oils per day for the neurological benifits. Dont lock in tommorow it never cums lock in TODAY!
