Wakeup go into my yard for some sun since i havent rlly been out much.
Make 6 eggs with low fat cheese have 3 dates on the side with a glass of milk.
Then go in my yard again and do some practising for my studies. (Drinking water)
Then i will eat a banana and a kiwi for preworkout
During my workout train wtv i am and do a hour of cardio to sweat
Come back eat 100g raw lamb liver.
Drink some more water
Then for dinner 250g of chicken with a volkoren wrap and the rest of the chicken ill make a bowl for it.
Then in the evening if i feel like it ill make a greek yoghurt bowl.
