Tomorrow I'll have my first bimax consult. What should I ask?

So tomorrow I'm gonna go talk to bimax surgeon, anything I should ask for? I'll also talk about my TMJ and how I would hope it helps me out with it since I think it's caused by upper and lower jaw misalignment. Anyway please tell me whatever you think I should ask and I'll try to keep people here updated if that's something people are interested in hearing.

No I haven't, but that's also not what I was asking, I meant more in the sense of asking about ways I could see if the surgeon is good or not, stuff like that.
