I believe a skilled surgeon could pull that off given your skin isnt that thick. Skin thickness plays a huge role.
It depends on each case and on the surgeon.
However I would never recommand to expect a very specific outcome for rhinoplasty. its very hard to reproduce the exact same result. Rhinoplasty is for fixing failos and not for wanting a specific result. I hope you know what I mean.

It has to fit your face, just because you get the same nose as Chad doesn't mean you will be Chad yourself. The problem with rhinoplasties is that most of the time they are useless if you have an average nose, they are only helpful if you have a really bad deformity in your nose.
