Tongue doesn't fit in mouth

So basically my palate is too small and at the back of my mouth it's too crowded how can I fix this can people suggest surgery options because I'm getting paid money from the courts and am going to turkey in 10 months probably. It just depends when I get the court money but yeah if I could also solve my upper jaw at the same time that would be great too. I am getting a genioplasty definitely and maybe infra rim implants or something to fix my eye area so if I could fix this at the same time too that would be good but yeah I'm not 100% sure

I get bad smile lines and my upper jaw was under developed and I got a orge jaw with the lower and under developed maxilla.
