Tongue problem

When I lay up my tongue fully to "mew" position, I can't breathe, specifically the last part of the tongue closer to the throat, when I put it up on the palate it feels like the throat to my stomach opens and block airway how do I fix it??? I basically can't mew while breathing's

I thought about this but the orthodont says everything is fine idk what to do and who to even see, how do I even explain that to a normal person?
