Tongue tie and narrow palate and how much to these affect me

I never knew tongue tie was a a thing until recently, from what I've heard it can cause air way issues, speech impediment and even tmj which i think i have since my jaw sometimes cracks, shifts to the right side when i open my mouth and i can't open my mouth all the way without muscles around my neck cramping, Id want to know if tongue tie can affect the way i look and what i should make sure i know about the palate before i get an expander (i show six teeth when i smile but i never measured my palate)

MSE is the one of the best, if not the best hardmaxxes that boosts your looks a lot (wider smile, better zygos, better breathing, better bite, better fwhr)

but make sure it's MSE (RPE/MARPE) , SARPE does NOTHING for looks
