Nothing can help you. You can’t even get jaw implants because it will just highlight your long af ramus lolol. I wouldn’t wish long ramus on my worst enemy... look at this motherfucker who ended up looking like buzz light year
His gonion (where the mandible and ramus meet) are visibly below his bottom lip. This is the death sentence. It makes your mid face look much longer and jaw very narrow.
A ramus like this is much more ideal:
It doesn’t go lower than the bottom lip.
Too bad there’s no procedure to reduce it. Reducing it if possible also comes with its own problems such as increased gonial angle.
