Guys I’m so fucking cooked.

Was out drinking with some of my friends and realised that I can’t talk to girl unless I’m very drunk. I usually don’t have to problem with picking up girls and slaying but just talking with them without drinking much is literally impossible. Any help? I am so tired of just having to drink loads and only pick up foids when I am and they are drunk. Too nd for this shit.

also my friends make it look so easy even though they’re not nearly as low inhib as I am. Sounds corny af but they tweak the fuck out before they approach the girls but then somehow they still are able to talk to them without any problems. I feel like I just over think everything, especially my own looks etc

I don't think that makes you ND.. However, If you are diagnosed ND I'd take meds which a doctor prescribes you with.

i am currently in Sweden where you don’t really get any meds for just being nd. Although I have some meds for stress-related stuff but that doesn’t really help me tbh.
