Took DNP 400mg I need helppppppp

I took 400mg DNP today to frontload my 10 day cycle. I took it empty stomach. My stomach is upset now. I am in bathroom whole day. Not sure is it because of DNP. What do I do????

you don't take dnp on an empty stomach. eat something beforehand and chill.

400 will do nothing but yeah, on empty stomach you may feel vomity

Thanks folks for replying, i have one noob doubt... my stomach got upset when I took 400mg does that mean it all got flushed away instead of absorbing into bloodstream?

Definitely because of DNP, can't do anything in the moment but next time eat and take it in the same time period.

Do not take to much, it has a long half life and too much accumulation in your system can kill you
