wrist circumference: ~6.7 inches (over)
bidelt size: ~20.9 inches
biceps circumference: ~17 inches but I'm not sure if I measured correctly
ankle circumference: ~9 inches

why the jfl? i'm serious. it's easy to measure it precisely so it's a better indicator of your upper body width. everyone is bullshiting hard when providing their shoulder width. easy to fraud by spreading + hard to measure properly.

raw measurements don't mean a whole lot, how your physique looks is mostly determined by your skeletal tapering and insertions.

if your shoulders are narrow but your hips are also very narrow you can still look good.
