My dentist is going to have to extract both my lower and upper 2nd molar. Will this cause any recession or imbalance? And can dentures prevent that?

if its not due to crowding or a poor bite then its probably best he extracts them.

he tried to save both teeth but they got very infected a while after restoration that’s why he has to extract

It will affect your face if you’re still growing. Best thing to do is root canal procedure, be patient and get it done for both
