I currently have marpe, although my ortho is saying I need 4 pre molar extractions as well as braces and Invisalign. Should I tell my ortho no to the extractions or will they not effect my face that much. I’ve heard it causes recession but don’t rlly see much info on it

No I lowk didn’t ask for them, my teeth are also very crowded so I doubt a different ortho will find a new solution. Is there any way to help not get reccesed

Im pretty sure they give you a choice,ive had braces before they didnt impact my face negatively,they ascended me cause they fixed my teeth but i never got any extractions if when youre done with marpe he gives you a choice or somthing just choose not to get any extractions
