Tooth extractions (Particularly molars)

Hello does anyone from experience or has heard about experiences about tooth extractions at 15 know what are the down sides? I did see it leads to hollowness and a more tapered jaw as I already got a molar removed from the other side I'm thinking about just getting filling for it since the damage isn't to the nerves or deeper and just at the gum level but I want opinions still all help is appreciated

I don’t think there’s many downsides but I think MSE is better depending on your case

? I do not need a MSE (Maxilliary Skeletal Expander)
