You forgot to add before defeating the 2 biggest empires he fought for the Rashiduns in the "Ridda Wars" which was a full blown civil war in Arabia right after the death of Muhammad, so basically the Rashiduns right after a civil war were able to fully conquer the persian sassanid empie and take 70% of the eastern roman empire land

Khalid was a genius, if he was european he would've been compared to Alexander, but just like a lot of other brown generals he's forgotten

Subutai was the general yes and was responsible for leading the army but Genghis khan was the overall khan/leader. We could do the same with Justinian’s general tbf and Justinian is like 11 on my list

Depends what you mean by conqueror. Physical conqueror, or conqueror of minds.

I've read somewhere that Napolean is by a landslide the best tactician to have ever lived. They had some point system and algorithm for that.
So I would place him number 1.

Arguably the biggest conquerors in having lots of people affected by them, would be Jesus and Muhammad.

Genghis Khan was brutal btw. I read one of his tactics was, he would light cats on fire and throw them over enemy lines to burn entire villages/ towns and wreck havoc everywhere.

Also I would place the First Emperor/ Shi Huangdi, in top 3.
And you are sleeping on the Ancient Egyptian conquerors.
